Jungle In My Head

As I promised I´m back sharing my latest ATC set called Jungle In My Head. No doubt we all experience the days when our minds are too busy for thinking. One thought eating the other one. Just like our little personal jungle. Too many ideas sharing one tiny space inside our heads.

I was playing around with fabulous Safari Kit by Scraps of Darkness that it´s the perfect fit for my themed ATC´s. 

As the base for my cards I used stunning  Graphic45 paper Serengeti Outfitters/ Safari Adventure Collection. I applied a thin layer of white gesso here and there. When dry I did some random stamping using my fave background stamp. 

I added some paper strips Graphic45 Exotic Patterns and a washi tape. Then I glued on the women´s pics and  outlined them using a black pen. As I wanted to keep atc´s rather simple I went for fabulous Kaisercraft Into The Wild stickers as perfect embellishments. |Some black and white splatters and the set´s finished.

Here I am once again today to share a personal ATC swap. Look at this  unique ATC I was given in Orava workshop last weekend. It´s from my talented MM friend Mária Slavkovská (MakaArt). We agreed on the theme 24 Hours Up. Just because we were too mixed media excited to fall asleep at night. Believe me, we tried :).

Welcome, dear ATC freaks! Today I´d like to share my take on August ArtGrupa ATC Challenge themed NA SKRZYDŁACH MARZEŃ.  

I love the theme very much. Full of hope, joy, excitement, surprise and positive attitudes. People having dreams, hopes and wishes get much more of life than it may seem. They´re not afraid do dream and aim high. When being positive and daring, your dreams and wishes are much more likely to come true one day.

Now, spread your wings and fly. Reach for the stars in your heart because your wishes are meant to come true. You have to believe it.

ArtGrupa December ATC Challenge

Do you play cards? I used to when I was a small girl. It was my dear granny who I played with. I miss her very much. Sometimes her friends came to our house and we played canasta and talked. It´s one of my sweet childhood memories so long ago. 

You may wonder why I´m telling you this. The reason is simple. Cards and canasta is the theme of the ATC challenge at ArtGrupa blog. So here´s my take. A bit nostalgic.
